Requirements for materials that can be uploaded to the site

1. What can I do?

1. You can upload photos and videos in MP4 format that you have created yourself or that belong to other authors, if they have allowed you to use them and post them on the site. You can also embed videos from YouTube, RuTube, VK-Video and other video hosting sites.
2. Keep in mind that the size of a single image or video that you download from your computer should not exceed 5 MB. If you want to use a larger file, then the best solution is to upload it to a video hosting or social network, and specify the address of this file in the postcard. In this case, the file size and duration of the videos are unlimited.
3. You can download MP3 and OGG audio files. The size of uploaded files is limited. However, you can add a link to an external audio file on the Internet. It is important that the link is direct and does not change over time.

2. What is not allowed?

1. It is forbidden to upload copyrighted materials and materials whose placement violates the rights of third parties.
2. It is prohibited to upload materials whose publication explicitly or not explicitly violates the legislation of the Russian Federation.
3. It is forbidden to upload materials containing state, military or commercial secrets.
4. It is forbidden to upload materials that contain pornography.
5. It is forbidden to upload materials that contain eroticism — do not upload materials that you would not like to show to your children.
6. It is forbidden to upload materials that contain scenes of violence, cruelty or promote racial or ethnic hatred.
7. It is forbidden to upload materials that are related to politics or criticism of the government (regardless of the country).
8. It is forbidden to upload materials with calls for illegal activities in explicit or implicit form.
9. It is forbidden to upload materials that contain obscene language, insults in the text, directly on the image or video.
10. These restrictions also apply to audio recordings, as well as voice greetings.
11. It is forbidden to upload materials that contain logos of other sites (the exception is the logo of the author's site).

Be understanding

The website of live postcards was created in order to give a good mood, help with work and study, and not provoke disputes and conflicts.

For violation of the rules of use of the site, the relevant materials will be deleted, and their authors will be blocked, both at the account level and at the IP address level.

Information for complainants

Carefully read the requirements for the materials. If you are sure that the materials contained in the postcard fall into the prohibited list, send a complaint directly from the page of this postcard.

To do this, use the "Complain" button, fill in all the necessary fields, and describe the reason for the complaint in detail and clearly.

Fields filled in incorrectly or remaining empty are highlighted in red.

Keep in mind that it takes time to review and verify a complaint. Complaints filled out incorrectly will most likely not be able to be considered for technical reasons.
